We’re committed to delivering your favorite traditional pickles, spices, murabba, chutneys, and superfoods safely and on time — anywhere in Pakistan.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and towns.
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive an update once your parcel is shipped.
3. Delivery Partners
We use trusted courier services in Pakistan, such as:
- TCS
- Leopards Courier
- M&P
- Call Courier
Each order is packed securely to prevent leakage or damage during transit.
4. Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery charges may apply depending on your city and order size.
- For special promotions or large orders, we may offer free delivery (details will be mentioned at checkout).
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown clearly before final payment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most orders for your convenience.
Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address and active contact number to avoid delays.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or message to help you monitor your parcel’s progress.
If you do not receive tracking info within 2 days, feel free to contact us.
7. Delays or Issues
Sometimes, delays may occur due to weather, courier workload, or public holidays.
We always do our best to ensure timely delivery and will keep you updated if any delay happens.
8. Damaged or Wrong Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll resolve the issue as per our Refund & Return Policy.
